Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This role involves advising the company on M&A, legal rights, obligations, and privileges.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Providing legal counsel on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Researching and analyzing complex legal issues affecting the company.
• Participating in negotiations and settlements with external parties.
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and various transactions (P.E. transactional experience is highly preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
