Job Description
Corporate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Columbus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and proven experience in providing legal counsel to businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters to internal stakeholders
- Draft, review, and negotiate various business agreements and contracts
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in corporate transactions and due diligence processes
- Handle corporate governance issues and legal entity management
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Attorney
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and business regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
