Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago with pay starting at 150K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be able to provide strategic legal advice to our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on various corporate matters
• Draft and review legal documents
• Participate in negotiations and deal structuring
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
