Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters to management and various business units.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws relevant to corporate operations.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate restructuring.
• Handle corporate governance issues and ensure adherence to corporate policies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of NC.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay ranges from 150,000-200,000.
