Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage subcontractors and construction crew
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems efficiently
• Attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
