• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven 3+ years experience as a Construction or Civil Superintendent
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• OSHA certification is a plus
