Job Description
Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Miami, FL
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years experience as a Construction or Civil Superintendent
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA certification is a plus
