Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team in the Lancaster area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proven leadership skills to oversee projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee and enforce compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
