Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Detroit. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and work crews
• Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications
• Communicate progress updates to project stakeholders
• Address any issues or delays that may arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred)
