We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Senior Estimator to join our team in the Pittsburgh area paying above 140K. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing competitive bids, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications and requirements
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Review and analyze project drawings and blueprints
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
• Participate in bid meetings and negotiations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry
