Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in the State College area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven track record of successful project completion. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate progress, updates, and challenges to the project team and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and materials
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
