Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our client's projects from planning to completion in the Stevens Point area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Manage project budgets and financials
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Pay ranges from 80,000-110,000.
