Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Executive to oversee and manage our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project completions within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Manage project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
