Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team in the Greater Pleasant Hill area. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing construction blueprints, specifications, and proposals to accurately estimate costs associated with projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and excellent mathematical and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements
• Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals
• Track and update project costs throughout the construction process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
