Position: Construction Estimator
Location: Wilmington
About the Company:
- Dynamic and well-established construction firm
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Update and maintain cost databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
