Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Jacksonville
About the Role:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates
- Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor costs
- Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Track and manage project cost data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
