Construction Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in the Greater Front Royal area. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

• Evaluating project scope and requirements
• Estimating materials, labor, and equipment costs
• Utilizing estimating software to create and submit proposals
• Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor bids
• Providing support to project managers and field personnel
• Monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities
