Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in NYC. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for construction projects and providing detailed proposals to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Preparing accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate project requirements
• Analyzing project progress and costs to make necessary adjustments
• Presenting estimates and proposals to clients in a professional manner

Qualifications:
