Electrical Project Superintendent - Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage our electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical installations and maintenance projects
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret project requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project staff
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven 2+ years experience as an Electrical Project Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Excellent project management skills
• Leadership abilities with a strong focus on team collaboration
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
