Job Title: Project Estimator - Greater Greensboro, NC 

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team. As a Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications and requirements to provide accurate cost estimates. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HVAC project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering options
• Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and internal teams
• Track and update cost data throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Estimator or similar role in the HVAC or construction industry
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
