Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Utah state Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing commercial litigation law.
• Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
