Commercial Litigation Attorney - Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Phoenix. As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, representing clients in various legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Appear in court and argue motions
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
