Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity
Chicago, IL
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Chicago. As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters on behalf of our clients. Pay Ranges from 180,000-300,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial disputes
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Appear in court and represent clients during hearings and trials
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
