Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney - Boston, MA 

Job Description:

• Represent clients in various commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property disputes.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, from case inception to trial or settlement.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a valid Massachusetts state bar license.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation at a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
