- Experience: 5+ years in commercial litigation
- Education: JD from an accredited law school and admitted to the Bar in Texas
- Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
- Appear in court and argue motions as needed
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys
- Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
