Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Atlanta. As a Commercial Litigation Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial disputes and representing clients in a court of law. If you are a dedicated and skilled attorney with a passion for litigation, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
- Appear in court and argue on behalf of clients
- Negotiate settlements when necessary
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
