Commercial Litigation Associate Opening in Chicago, Illinois!

We are seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate to join our client's dynamic legal team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial litigation matters, working with clients to develop case strategies, and representing clients in court.

Pay ranges from 160,000-225,000.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and development
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
• Participate in client meetings and communicate case updates effectively

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar and in good standing
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
