Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Santa Monica area with pay starting at 85K. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and providing guidance to our clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of clinical staff and provide supervision, training, and mentorship
• Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care processes
• Participate in developing and implementing policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or related field
• Current state license or certification as a Clinical Supervisor
• Proven experience in a clinical supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
