Civil Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Senior Project Manager to join our team in Raleigh with pay starting at 150K. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage and mentor project team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
