Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our team in Wilmington. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes
• Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• PMP certification is a plus
