Civil Litigation Attorney

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our reputable law firm in San Francisco. As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various civil litigation cases, including but not limited to disputes, breaches of contracts, and other legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis of civil litigation issues
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Advise clients on legal rights and strategies
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California state Bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of proven experience in civil litigation
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
