Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in San Francisco. As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in all phases of the litigation process and providing expert legal advice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from inception to completion
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal counsel to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
