Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our reputable law firm in Los Angeles. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of civil litigation cases and providing expert legal advice to our clients. The pay range for this role is listed at $180k. 

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and trials
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
