Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our clients team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling civil litigation cases and possess a strong passion for advocating on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar and be in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing civil litigation law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
