Job Description
Civil Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in the Southern Norfolk. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing construction projects
- Evaluating project requirements and constraints
- Conducting site investigations and analyzing data
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitoring and supervising project progress
- Resolving design and construction issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Proven experience in managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
