Job Description
CAD Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Technician to join our team in Chicago. As a CAD Technician, you will play a key role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed drawings for construction and engineering projects
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements
- Make revisions to drawings as necessary
- Ensure drawings adhere to project specifications and standards
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in CAD technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
