Business Litigation Associate - San Mateo, CA
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of business litigation proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on case strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
