Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our legal team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of business disputes and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to business disputes.
• Draft legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• 3+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
