As a Business Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving business disputes, commercial litigation, and other related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law and litigation, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Manage discovery processes
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2-5 years of experience in business litigation
