Bilingual Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Nasville. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting bilingual candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract bilingual talent
• Conduct interviews in multiple languages to assess candidates' language proficiency
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
• Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a bilingual capacity in Spanish 
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
