Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance on bankruptcy matters
• Prepare and file legal documents related to bankruptcy cases
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients
• Develop and implement strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Proven experience in handling bankruptcy cases
