Job Title: BCBA Therapist

Job Description:

• Provide behavior analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement behavior analytic techniques to help clients achieve individualized goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
