Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our legal team in the Vienna area with pay starting around 130K. As an Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice to clients and assist in making informed decisions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience as an Attorney
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
