Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Attorney to join our Client's team in the San Francisco area. Pay ranges from $180,000-220,000. As a Labor and Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to our clients on various labor and employment law matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law issues
• Research and analyze complex legal issues related to labor and employment
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Experience in labor and employment law preferred
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
