Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice to clients pertaining to complex litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Draft legal documents such as contracts and agreements
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of California
• Proven experience as a Trial Attorney
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
