Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our legal team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate, Zoning, and Housing law and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services. As an Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include representing clients in court, providing legal advice, and drafting legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and wills
• Conduct legal research
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
