Job Title: Attorney

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Attorney to join our legal team in the Greater Oakland area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients and handling a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Provide legal advice to clients in various legal matters
• Participate in negotiations and settlements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of X years of experience practicing law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay : 170K+
