About the Role:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and provide legal advice
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Present facts in writing and verbally to clients or others, and argue on behalf of clients
- Research and gather evidence for legal proceedings
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the relevant state
- Relevant work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
