Job Description
Job Title: Attorney
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal support and advice to clients pertaining to commercial and construction litigation matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Draft legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in negotiations and mediations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York state bar association
- Proven 3+ years experience as a commercial litigation or construction litigation Attorney
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
