Description:
We are seeking a talented Attorney to join our legal team in the Naples area with pay starting at 150K. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of legal principles and regulations. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a legal role is preferred
