Job Opening: Attorney
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services. As an Attorney with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and provide expert legal advice to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
- Provide counsel on legal rights and obligations.
- Develop strategies to resolve legal matters effectively.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience in construction litigation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
